The main living room area will feature our caramel velvet sofa surrounded by two large evergreen trees with sparkling lights, oversized golden accents, and crimson wrapped presents. 

The gorgeous marble fireplace will be set with oversized candles featuring crimson velvet bows, evergreen + berry adorned garland, and a statement red berry wreath above the fireplace for the cherry on top.

A Frosty Christmas

For the 2025 Holiday Season Villa will be transformed into a frosty oasis with four glistening white flocked trees set against the stunning sandy lime wash walls with glistening gold accents. 

The overall theme will be a new set that Chicago has never seen mixing ivory + sand tones for a gorgeous and unique holiday install.

Q: Can I bring my pets?
Pet Policy: 
Dogs must be fully trained + supervised, and paws must be wiped clean up entry. No barking is allowed in order to respect neighboring businesses. No pets are allowed on the furniture and any accident warrants a $250 cleaning fee. At this time no cats are permitted.
